ARTIST
Jonathan creates unique graphite, pastel and mixed media artwork on paper and wood. He is also skilled in pyrography and burns drawings and designs onto wooden serving and chopping boards, placemats, coasters and nesting boxes. Perhaps the most unusual and striking aspect of his work are his drawings on wood, which can be small woodblocks to large wall-mounted pieces. He finishes the surface of the wood himself and it is all sourced from within Fife. His love of history, architecture, nature and the landscape, together with a career in the heritage and archaeology sector, inspires his artwork.
